Soar Youth Projects
We run School holiday clubs, term time after-school clubs, youth clubs and youth groups in Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross for young people aged 5-25
We aim to provide safe, enjoyable, independent, age appropriate socialisation opportunities, activities and recreation for young people who attend. We get out and about in the community as much as possible and plan our activities around young people's requests.
SOAR provides a weekly Thursday Night Youth Club for 11yrs + in The Place, Alness from 6.30-8.30 PM in a relaxed youth cafe setting. We provide transport from Dingwall Primary and collections can be made if requested from other points on the way.
At the youth club there is a snack bar avaliable for the young people to purchase a snack/drink if they wish. We also have pool, darts, internet, games consoles, table tennis and other games.
